1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "you", or "your") and iron4d (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of our online betting and gaming services, including sports betting, live casino, lottery games, and related entertainment products.

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required to comply with international gaming regulations and prevent fraud.
• "Platform" means the iron4d website, mobile web interface, and any associated software or technology used to deliver our services.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your iron4d Account balance to your designated payment method.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use iron4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by local laws.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or prohibited from gambling by any regulatory authority.

3.2 Account Registration Process

To create an iron4d Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred account currency (Indonesian Rupiah / IDR)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility. You must notify iron4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with iron4d. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of all pending withdrawals. iron4d reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated transactions.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

iron4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. All users must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A clear, legible photo or scan of your Indonesian ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's license
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document) dated within the last 3 months
• In certain cases, additional documentation such as a selfie holding your ID or proof of payment method ownership

KYC verification typically takes 1-4 business hours. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions, account limitations, or account closure.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

iron4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI)

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, but individual limits may apply based on your payment provider's policies or your VIP tier status.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. In rare cases, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to process during peak hours. If your deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Deposit Source Verification

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited. iron4d reserves the right to request proof of payment source ownership at any time and may reverse deposits or void winnings derived from third-party funds.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative method registered in your name. Supported withdrawal methods include all bank accounts and e-wallets listed in Section 4.1.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier:

• Standard members: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, Rp 200,000,000 per day
• VIP members: Higher limits as specified in your VIP tier benefits

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

iron4d processes most withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may vary based on:

• Your KYC verification status (unverified accounts may experience delays)
• Your chosen payment method (e-wallet withdrawals typically faster than bank transfers)
• Time of day (peak hours 18:00-23:00 WIB may have slightly longer processing times)
• Your VIP tier (higher tiers receive priority processing)

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

iron4d reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

• Incomplete or pending KYC verification
• Active bonus wagering requirements not yet fulfilled
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms
• Outstanding verification checks or security reviews
• Payment method mismatch or third-party payment concerns

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses offered by iron4d are subject to specific terms and conditions as detailed on the promotion page and in these Terms. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable wagering requirements and restrictions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x bonus amount") and varies by promotion. Wagering contributions differ by game type:

• Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering
• Sports betting: 50% contribution (minimum odds restrictions may apply)
• Live casino games: 10% contribution
• Table games: 5% contribution

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Restrictions

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting software errors, or engaging in irregular betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited. iron4d reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts involved in bonus abuse.

6.4 Bonus Expiration

All bonuses have a specified validity period (typically 7-30 days from issuance). Unused bonuses and unfulfilled wagering requirements expire at the end of the validity period, and any remaining bonus balance will be removed from your Account.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

iron4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account settings
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders or automatic logout after a specified playing duration
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing iron4d services for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months or permanently
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing your playing time and net position

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your Account
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial assistance
• Colluding with other players or engaging in fraudulent betting schemes
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Money laundering or using iron4d services to conceal the source of funds
• Chargebacks or disputing legitimate deposits with your payment provider
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward iron4d staff or other players

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the iron4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and audio/video materials, is the exclusive property of iron4d or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from iron4d.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iron4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected winnings
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or software malfunctions
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to secure your credentials
• Third-party payment provider delays or errors
• Changes to game rules, odds, or Platform features

In no event shall iron4d's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any legal disputes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which iron4d operates. Where conflicts arise between these Terms and local Indonesian law, the more stringent protective measure shall apply to ensure player safety and regulatory compliance.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
